How do I return my order?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after you receive the order. Send us an email to sofia@tiebreak.se and we will send you a return note to put on your package. All returns need to be approved by us via email before the product is returned.

Please make sure to return your package with the right courier as indicated on your return label. If your package is not being returned according to our instructions, we will not be able to take any responsibility for lost packages. Save your delivery receipt since you are responsible for the return shipment.

Notice that your return must be in new, unused condition and with all tags on. Any sign of use will not be accepted. If that is the case, please be aware that the product is going to be return to you.

What is the return delivery cost?

For returns the customer will be charged a return fee of 99,00 SEK

Do I have to return the complete order?

No, you do not need to return your complete order. You only return the items you do not wish to keep

Did you receive my return?

You can track your return with the waybill number you got with your return label. When we received your return, it can take up to 7 working days until we have processed your return. Thereafter, we send you a return confirmation email.

When do I have my money back?

As soon as we have processed your return, we will transfer back the money to the same bank account that has been used for placing your order.

Did you use Klarna, the repayment will be made by them.

Can I change my product?

I´m sorry, we cannot make a change, but you are more than welcome to return your order and then put a new order with the product you wanted instead.

I want to make a claim, how do I proceed?

First, we are very sorry that you have received a faulty product. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible. Please, send us an email to sofia@tiebreak.se and describe your claim.

When you contact us, please inform us about the order number, what product it is and tell us what is wrong with the product in the best way you can, preferably with a picture attached. If you can give us all that information, it will be easier for us to solve your case much faster.

What happen if I do not pick up my package?

If a package is not picked up, please be aware of that you will be charged a return shipping fee.
